The Vaporfly 4 is super lightweight. Plus, they combine a carbon fibre Flyplate with an ultra-responsive ZoomX foam midsole to give you speed on race day. It's a race-ready shoe upgraded for running from a mile to a marathon.

Full carbon fibre Flyplate has a higher angle than the Vaporfly 3 and combines with a lower heel to toe drop to give you that propulsive feel on race day. Engineered Mesh decreases the weight of the shoe and provides a more uniform fit. Smaller tongue size.
Lighter weight outsole with thinner rubber than Vaporfly 3.
The midsole protrusion in the heel reduces the weight on the inside and offers more stability in the stride.
