Designed for 100m to 400m races (hurdles races too), they combine an incredibly aggressive feel with the reactivity of an Air Zoom unit to propel the fastest sprinters on the planet. We've updated the base and upper from the previous version to optimise the speed of the Air Zoom unit to help you fly to the finish line. Get your camera ready, because this special design is worthy of a photo across the finish line.

This special design is straight from our archives. It was inspired by a legendary Nike employee who was also a self-taught athletic photographer and globetrotter. The colours and patterns of the insoles pay homage to the various press passes he has earned over the years.

UPPER

Nike Flyweave construction on the upper provides a secure and adaptable fit for different foot shapes.

OUTSOLE

We've removed the centre spike from the original Maxfly and raised the platform on the toe side. This helps the spikes offer more stability on straights and turns.

MIDSOLE

The Air Zoom unit in the forefoot features two chambers that provide propulsion and stability from take-off to the finish line.
