The Maurten Solid 160 is an energy bar designed to provide a source of carbohydrates that is easy to transport and consume before or during endurance activities. Made mainly from gluten-free oats and rice, it provides 40 g of carbohydrates per bar, offering a solid alternative to gels and energy drinks.

Its design is specifically intended to make it easier to control intake: the 55 g bar is divided into two equal portions of 27.5 g, each providing approximately 20 g of carbohydrates. This allows you to consume it whole or spread the energy intake across different moments of training or competition.

It is also part of Maurten's nutrition system: its 40 g of carbohydrates are equivalent to the amount provided by Gel 160, making it easier to calculate and combine different formats within a sport nutritition strategy.

Nutritional content - Per 100 g / Per serving (2 x 27.5 = 55 g)

  • Fat– of which saturates: 6 g / 3.3 g, 0.9 g / 0.5 g

  • Protein: 4.3 g / 2.3 g
  • Salt: 1.10 g / 0.61 g
Ingredients:
  • Fructose and glucose syrup, gluten-free oats, maltodextrin, rice flour, sugar, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, rice bran, salt, emulsifier (lecithin) and rice extract.
