Maurten Solid 160 is an oat and rice bar containing 40 g of carbohydrates: chewable fuel with a renewed texture. Essential for pre-loading and carbohydrate replenishment. Easily divided into two equal parts to calculate carbohydrate intake.

At the request of athletes to better calculate their carbohydrate intake, the Solid bar is cut in half to easily divide it into two equal parts of 20 g of carbohydrates each. Eat it whole or save half for later.
