The Maurten Gel 100 CAF 100 is an energy gel with caffeine developed to provide carbohydrates during endurance training and competitions. Each 40 g sachet provides 25 g of carbohydrates, 100 kcal and 100 mg of caffeine, combining energy intake and stimulation in a compact, easy-to-carry format.

It uses Maurten's patented Hydrogel Technology. Unlike conventional gels with a more liquid or syrup-like texture, it features a firmer hydrogel structure that encapsulates the carbohydrates and caffeine. It is specially designed for endurance sports and can be used both before and during training and competitions.

Its formula combines glucose and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio, making it easy to integrate each gel into a carbohydrate intake strategy. It is also made with just 7 ingredients, with no added flavours, colourings or preservatives.
