Maurten Drink Mix 160 is a powdered energy drink designed to provide carbohydrates in liquid form during endurance training and competitions. Each sachet provides approximately 40 g of carbohydrates and 160 kcal when mixed with 500 ml of water, making it easier to combine energy intake with hydration during exercise.

Its formula combines maltodextrin and fructose and uses Maurten's Hydrogel technology, based on pectin and sodium alginate. It is a particularly interesting option for running, Trail, cycling or triathlon when you want to consume carbohydrates through a drink and combine them with gels or solid foods as part of a nutrition strategy.

It also features a very simple formulation, without caffeine and with a neutral flavour, making it easy to consume during prolonged activities.
