226ers SUB9 Pro Salts Electrolytes are electrolyte capsules designed to help replenish mineral salts lost through sweat during exercise. Their formula combines sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium, along with vitamin D, vitamin B6 and caffeine, making them especially interesting for endurance efforts carried out in conditions of heat, humidity or heavy sweating.

Each capsule provides 250 mg of sodium, 54 mg of potassium, 34.6 mg of magnesium and 2.5 mg of calcium, as well as 40 mg of caffeine. The caffeine provides an extra boost as part of the nutrition strategy during prolonged efforts.

The Duplo format includes 2 capsules, making it especially practical to carry during training or competitions.

When to take it?

Before and during exercise.

The current recommendation from 226ERS is to take the capsules with sufficient water and repeat intake during long-duration efforts. The maximum indicated dose is 5 capsules per day, equivalent to 200 mg of caffeine.
