The 226ers High Fructose Gel XS is an energy gel designed to provide carbohydrates in a practical way during endurance training and competitions. Its formula combines maltodextrin and fructose in a 10:8 ratio, using different intestinal transporters to enhance carbohydrate absorption, especially when consuming more than 60 g of carbohydrates per hour.

Its XS 44 g format provides 30.4 g of carbohydrates, 140 mg of sodium and 121 kcal, in a compact stick that is easy to carry during activity. The Speculoos flavour offers an alternative to the usual fruity flavours.
