The Santa Madre Effervescent Electrolytes Lemon are effervescent tablets designed to prepare a drink with electrolytes and vitamins quickly and easily. Their formula is especially suitable for maintaining hydration and replenishing minerals during physical activity, making them a practical option for running and Trail running

Each tablet provides 300 mg of sodium, 100 mg of potassium, 25 mg of magnesium and 15 mg of calcium, as well as 40 mg of vitamin C and 1 mg of vitamin B2. This combination helps supplement the replenishment of electrolytes lost during exercise, especially during prolonged sessions or those carried out in hot conditions with heavy sweating.

It provides no carbohydrates or sugars and contains 0 kcal per tablet, allowing hydration to be managed independently of energy intake. In addition, it contains no caffeine and is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and palm oil-free.

Ingredients:
  • The formula includes citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, corn starch, vitamin C, sweetener, flavourings, potassium chloride and vitamin B2.
Directions for use:
  • Dissolve 1 tablet in approximately 500 ml of water and wait until it has completely dissolved. It can be consumed before or during physical activity. Each tube contains 20 tablets, equivalent to 20 preparations.
When should you take it?

It can be taken both before and during exercise
