GEL 30CHO OFF CAF contains 30g of carbohydrates per gel, carefully formulated taking into account the body's absorption capacity. It uses a 1:0.5 RATIO, giving double the load to SGLT1 and SGLT2 but without forgetting the importance of the GLUT5 transporter, thus avoiding digestive issues and making it perfect even for strategies with a high amount of carbohydrates per hour, allowing you to work up to 90-100g/hour.
